One-Week Requirements Specification consists of three workshops, homework for you and results documentation. We will together look at your business requirements, as well as the functional and technical requirements of software needed to fulfill them. The part that requires your active participation will last for a calendar week. If this creates too much pressure in your organization, however, the time can be expanded into two weeks. You can choose optional extensions: preliminary architecture definition, preliminary workload estimate and project phases, and leaving the workshop arrangements, such as venue bookings, to Codento.
Codento will provide two experts for the work. Your participants, the resources needed and the project implementation are clarified in a preparatory meeting well in advance of the start of the project.
Result
The resulting requirements specification will include documented business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements in a prioritized order.
