If you're applying for a senior position at Codento, one of the requirements is that you have a life outside of work. You don't want to work after hours – you only do that in exceptional circumstances. You have no problem asking for and receiving support from your colleagues. You have the right attitude: if you know you're right, you can justify your view in a way that makes it impossible for your counterpart not to accept it. At best, they will think they thought of the solution themselves. These qualities should enable you to bring projects to the end successfully.
Codento's people are software professionals who understand business requirements and can turn them into software and software projects. This we call the capability of getting the big picture and solve problems.
Now we're getting serious. With us, you need experience in creating and implementing technology strategies, as well as demanding information systems and software design. That's why you already have at least 5 years of demanding software development under your belt, which also means experience in a variety of programming languages.
